4. Payment Terms

To ensure smooth processing:

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

• Remaining 50% must be cleared before dispatch.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for bulk or wholesale orders.

Orders are processed only after receiving the advance payment.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Standard processing time: 2–5 business days.

• Delivery timelines depend on location.

• During peak seasons, dispatch times may slightly extend.

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation if processing has not started.

• Once packing or preparation begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

• Approved cancellations may include a small processing fee deduction.

• Customized or special bulk/wholesale orders are strictly non-cancellable.

7. Returns & Replacement

• Bulk and wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

• Replacement will be provided based on stock availability.
