ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
The acceptance of your order begins once you receive an order confirmation email from Khwab-e-Yasmin or see a confirmation message after checkout, along with a system-generated order number.

Khwab-e-Yasmin reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, items being out of stock at the time of processing or fulfillment, technical errors during order placement, negative or suspicious order history, articles found defective during quality control, incorrect or incomplete delivery or email details, pricing discrepancies, or if the payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped.
Please note that customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is confirmed.
DELAYS / LIABILITIES NOT ASSUMED:
Khwab-e-Yasmin will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery in accordance with its standard delivery timelines. However, Khwab-e-Yasmin shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any delay in pickup, transportation, or delivery of an order, regardless of the cause of such delay.
Please note that made-to-order and customised items require a longer processing and delivery timeline due to their bespoke nature. Estimated timelines shared for such orders are indicative and may vary based on design complexity and workload.
Khwab-e-Yasmin shall also not be liable for any order that is lost, damaged, mis-delivered, out of stock, cancelled, or not delivered due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God such as earthquakes, floods, storms, or other natural disasters, as well as events classified as Force Majeure.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Force Majeure refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of Khwab-e-Yasmin that makes it impossible or impracticable to perform its obligations. In such cases, Khwab-e-Yasmin shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to fulfill its obligations under these terms and conditions.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Customers may place orders and make payments through the payment methods available on the website or via bank transfer. Khwab-e-Yasmin does not guarantee the availability of any product at the time an order is placed. While every effort is made to process the original order, in the event that an item is out of stock, customers will be offered the option to select an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range.
Khwab-e-Yasmin shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by out-of-stock items. If customer confirmation is not received within the required timeframe, the order may be cancelled without prior notice.
For customised and made-to-order items, the processing and delivery timeline may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the work. The estimated timeline will be clearly communicated to the customer once payment terms and the final design have been confirmed.
International orders will be processed only after full payment has been received from the customer.
Customers within Pakistan may place orders online with Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders up to PKR 20,000. Orders exceeding PKR 20,000 require advance payment. All stitched, customised, and made-to-order items require 100% advance payment.
